About Heartview Homes
Building on a strong foundationColorado became my home in 1973 when I moved from the Midwest. With a background in construction and design, I settled in Colorado Springs in 1980, determined to become an accomplished builder.
When Heartview Homes was established in 1984, my goal was to create a home-building company that would allow me to maintain a "hands-on" involvement in the day-to-day operations. As a small-volume builder, I hold firm to my commitment to uphold the quality of workmanship in my homes using the same quality subcontractors for years.
Our VisionBuilding fine new homes begins with a careful selection of the property. I walk the site, take in the views and learn about the area. I look for parks, quality schools, safe access... and natural beauty. I believe that a fine community compliments the quality of design and construction that has become our hallmark.
Heartview Homes continues to grow in sensitivity to the needs and desires of our new home buyers. We strive for excellence in design and craftsmanship while seeking new and creative ways to better serve the families for whom we build our homes.
